Just how to Release Fear – Teachings from This Moments Is Your Miracle
Take the time and inquire about any of it essential question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the power of our mind. Your head simply can only just see what it believes, which explains why we must release false beliefs. Ultimately, the spiritual journey becomes about facing this unconscious fear what is a course in miracles. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause as opposed to react. By going for a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can start to release habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open up to inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your head it’s the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in lots of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it’s important to manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you’re in a position to see your fears and what’s in it, you can really enter into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there’s almost nothing that may threaten you. Then your fear inevitably needs to leave.
